How can I place an order?
Simply select the desired product, design it, or personalize it (if available), add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. There, select your preferred payment method and complete your order.
How long does delivery take?
Our products are custom-made for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days . Shipping then follows, which can take 2–7 business days depending on the destination.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as production hasn't started yet. Therefore, please contact our customer service immediately after placing your order .

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, credit card, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, and other common payment methods. The available options will be displayed during checkout.

Yes, all payments are processed via secure, encrypted connections.

Can I customize my product?
Yes, many of our items can be personalized with your own text, image, or logo. You can find all available options on the product page.
Can I return personalized products?
Personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they have a manufacturing defect or transport damage.

How can I return an item?
For returns please use our
Returns portal – There you can simply enter your order number, state the reason, and create your return label.
Who bears the return costs?
The cost of return shipping is usually borne by the buyer, unless there is a manufacturing defect or transport damage.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

How are the products manufactured?
All products are individually manufactured according to your order and produced using modern printing processes.
How do I best care for my products?
You can find the care instructions directly on the product label or in the product description.
For textiles we generally recommend: wash inside out, max. 30 °C, do not tumble dry .

How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe and to many international countries. The exact shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
